Before you get in touch

Unity Trust Bank does not have a separate bereavement team. Call their customer services on 0345 140 1000, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, or email us@unity.co.uk. Have the account details and a copy of the death certificate ready. They will let you know what else they need and guide you through closing or moving the account.
