Before you get in touch

Email Al Rayan Bank's bereavement team at bereavementteam@alrayanbank.co.uk, or write to Account Services Team, AlRayan Bank, PO Box 8177, London, W1A 8DN. For general help, call 0800 408 6407, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. They'll ask for a death certificate and details of who's dealing with the account, then guide you through the rest.
