Before you get in touch

You can tell Triodos Bank by phone, or through the chat in their app or online banking if you're a joint account holder. A bereavement team looks after this. They'll ask you to fill in a short form and will need a copy of the death certificate. They'll write back within 10 working days to say what else they need.
