Before you get in touch

Southway has a page for when a tenant passes away. Call to let them know, and they'll ask for proof you're the next of kin or executor, with an official copy of the death certificate. The Tell Us Once service can notify other organisations too. If someone wants to take over the tenancy, they need to apply within three months.
