Before you get in touch

Alliance Homes has a page about ending a tenancy after a bereavement, to make things as straightforward as possible. Let them know by phone or email. There's a form for ending a tenancy on behalf of someone who has passed away. If you return the keys within two weeks, they won't charge rent for the rest of the notice period.
