Before you get in touch

Selwood has a bereavement page to help you end a tenancy after someone has passed away. They'll ask for four weeks' notice in writing or by email, and a copy of the death certificate. You'll need to arrange a property inspection, tell your utility companies and benefit departments, and return the keys.
