Before you get in touch

This is separate from the Royal Mail Pension Plan, so check the person's paperwork to see which one paid them. Let them know soon. They'll ask for the membership number, date of death, and who is dealing with the estate. Tell them if there's a widow, civil partner or someone who relied on the person for money.
