Before you get in touch

You can tell the Royal Mail Pension Plan with their online form, or call or email the Pensions Service Centre. It helps to give the person's full name, date of birth and their National Insurance or Pension Plan number. The team will then explain what, if anything, is due to the family. This is separate from Royal Mail post redirection.
