Before you get in touch

You can tell Railpen online or by phone. Tell Us Once does not reach them, so contact them yourself. Have the person's full name, date of birth, date of death and pension or National Insurance number. Railpen will write to whoever is dealing with the estate. They'll ask for the death certificate and the will if there is one.
