Before you get in touch

If your relative lived in a Places for People home, their next of kin or executor should contact the Customer Contact Centre. They will ask for a copy of the death certificate to start ending the tenancy, then confirm the end date and arrange a move out inspection and key return. Rent is payable through the notice period.
