Before you get in touch

Email OakNorth at businessdesk@oaknorth.co.uk to let them know the account holder has passed away, or call 0330 380 1181 for general help. They'll ask for a photo of the death certificate, the will showing the personal representatives, and proof of ID and address for each of them.
