Before you get in touch

If you know which local NFU Mutual office sold the policy, contact them. It's on the front of the policy schedule. If not, call NFU Mutual Direct or ask online for a call back. Have the person's date of birth, date of death and address ready. Changes and cancelling are free. Tell them quickly if a home is now empty.
