Before you get in touch

Moneyboat does not publish a bereavement process. Call their customer service team, or email thecrew@moneyboat.co.uk, to tell them the person has passed away. You can also write to Moneyboat Customer Service, Unit 33969, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL.
