We looked for a bereavement contact for ITVX and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

Before you get in touch

ITVX does not publish a bereavement process. If they subscribed on the website, sign in at itv.com and cancel under Manage Account. If it was bought through Apple, Amazon, Roku or Google Play, cancel it there.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against ITVX's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.
