Before you get in touch

Call Investec on 0330 123 3655, or email UKServicesIncomingMail@investec.co.uk, to tell them someone has passed away. They'll ask for the death certificate and, for accounts held alone, the Grant of Representation. Sole accounts get frozen to keep them safe, while joint accounts and loans usually carry on as normal.
