Before you get in touch

You can contact Incommunities to let them know. They'll ask if there's a personal representative dealing with the estate and for a copy of the death certificate. Keys should go back by 12 noon on the Monday the tenancy ends. Sometimes the tenancy can be passed on instead of ended.
