Before you get in touch

ICBC's London office mainly serves business and corporate customers, so there's no dedicated bereavement team. Call their main line on 020 7397 8888, or email service@ld.icbc.com.cn during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4pm. Tell them who's affected and they'll let you know what they need from you.
