Before you get in touch

To stop HelloFresh boxes after a death, call their customer care team or use live chat. Have the person's name, address and email ready. Ask them to cancel the plan so no more boxes are sent or charged.

Other streaming and subscriptions

Most of the time this takes goes on working out what the person had and who to call. When you are ready, Inherit Vault is where you can write that down for your own family, kept private until it is needed.
