Before you get in touch

Call HBL Bank UK on 0344 809 4258 or email bereavement.support@hbluk.com to tell them someone has passed away. You can also fill in their online bereavement form. Have the death certificate ready, along with your name and how you're connected to the person. They'll explain what happens to the account next.
