Before you get in touch

Call Hampshire Trust Bank on 020 7862 6222, or email bereavement@htb.co.uk, to let them know someone has passed away. Register the death first, since they can't share account details until they've seen the death certificate. Their team will then talk you through what to do next and give you time to sort things out.
