Before you get in touch

To claim on a Guardian life policy, call their free claims line. Someone from the Claims Team will take the details over the phone and then email them to you to check. You'll have a named contact who keeps you updated. If probate is holding things up, Guardian can pay up to £10,000 early towards the funeral.
