Before you get in touch

firmus energy supplies gas in Northern Ireland and has no separate bereavement line. Call their customer team or email them and say the account holder has passed away. Have the account number, the address and a meter reading ready if you can. Tell Us Once does not cover Northern Ireland, so you'll need to tell them yourself.
