Before you get in touch

To cancel an FT subscription after a death, contact FT Customer Care by phone, live chat or email. There are separate lines for digital and print subscriptions. Have the person's name, email address and any account details ready. Emails can take up to 5 working days to answer, so phone or chat is quicker.

Other streaming and subscriptions
