We looked for a bereavement contact for discovery+ and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

discovery+ does not publish a bereavement process. First find out who bills it, from the account page or bank statements. If discovery+ bills directly, sign in and cancel. If Amazon, Apple, Google, Sky, BT or EE bills it, cancel it with them.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against discovery+'s own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.
