Deezer bereavement contacts

No bereavement line that we could find

We looked for a bereavement contact for Deezer and could not find one. As far as we know, they don't have one. So here is their general customer contact instead. When you get through, say you are contacting them about someone who has passed away, and ask to be put through to the right team.

Before you get in touch

Deezer does not publish a bereavement process. Cancel in the app or on the website under Manage my subscription. If it was paid through Apple or a phone company, it has to be cancelled with them.

Checked on 27 September 2026 against Deezer's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.

Other streaming and subscriptions
