Citizen Housing does not list a separate bereavement line, so this is their main number. Tell them someone has passed away and they will pass you to the right team.

A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

If your relative lived in a Citizen home, you can call their team to let them know. They're there Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and can guide you through what happens next with the tenancy and the home.
