Call Bank of China UK on 0800 38 95566 from the UK, or 0044 20 7282 8926 from abroad. You can also email service.uk@bankofchina.com. There's no dedicated bereavement team listed, so explain what's happened when you get through. They don't accept account changes by email, so they'll likely ask you to call or visit a branch.
