Before you get in touch

Call Bank of Ceylon's London office on 0207 377 1888, or email cs@bankofceylon.co.uk. They're open Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm, and closed at weekends. There's no dedicated bereavement team, so just explain what's happened and they'll tell you what they need, usually a death certificate and proof of who you are.
