Before you get in touch

You can tell the AA with their short online form. It covers breakdown cover and AA insurance. Have your email, the person's address, their membership or policy number and the date they passed away. The 16 digit membership number is on the back of their card. They will reply within 5 working days and may ask for a death certificate.
