UCB Home Loans stopped taking new mortgages years ago and is now run by Nationwide. If the person who passed away had one of these mortgages, call the number on Nationwide's UCB Home Loans page. Have the mortgage account details ready if you can find them. They will ask for a death certificate before they can talk about the account.

Other building societies and savings
