Before you get in touch

Staysure doesn't set out a bereavement process, so you can call customer services or email them about an existing policy. It's worth having the policy number ready. Emails can take about a week to answer, so calling is quicker if it's urgent.

Checked on 29 September 2026 against Staysure Travel Insurance's own page. Numbers do change now and then, so if one doesn't work, their page is the best place to look.
