They are free, and between them they reach most of the government, most banks, and the junk mail lists. None of them takes email, so use each button.

A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

You can call Pure Retirement's customer service team, or use their online contact form, if the person who passed away had a lifetime mortgage with them. It helps to have the account number ready. Their team will explain what happens to the plan and the property from here.
