Omaze UK does not list a separate bereavement line, so this is their main number. Tell them someone has passed away and they will pass you to the right team.

Before you get in touch

You can call Omaze or email their customer experience team to let them know about the person who passed away, so they can stop entering them into prize draws. Have the account details ready if you can. There's no separate bereavement process, so the main line will help.
