The letter

Before you get in touch

Contact the team that matches the account, savings or a mortgage, by phone, email or the online enquiry form. For a mortgage, they will ask for a certified copy of the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration and ID for the executors. They allow a six month break from mortgage payments while probate is sorted.
