Before you get in touch

You can tell Highland Pension Fund by phone or email, and they will take it from there. Have the person's name, address, payroll reference, National Insurance number and next of kin details ready, along with the death certificate. They will stop the pension and set up any new pension that's due, so it helps to get in touch soon.
