A free GOV.UK service. It tells most government departments at once, including HMRC, DWP, DVLA, the Passport Office and the council. Use the reference number the registrar gives you.

Before you get in touch

You can tell British Seniors by phone or email and their existing customer team will help with the claim. It helps to have the policy details ready. Their claims process is done in a few simple steps, and they'll let you know what else they need from you.
